Fairy is an online service and product provider that enables students/buyers of professional services (“Students/Buyers”) to search for, enter into and manage transactions with providers of professional services (“Sellers” and, collectively with Students/Buyers, “Registered Users”). The App/Website contains features that enable Sellers and Students/Buyers to do, among other things, the following:

2. Registration

2.3.1 Once you have registered with the App/Website as a registered user, the App/Website will create your Account with Fairy and you may create a profile under your Account.

2.4 Purchases & Payments
2.4.1 Fairy bills you through an online billing account for purchases of products and/or services. You agree to pay Fairy all charges at the prices then in effect for the products you or other persons using your billing account may purchase, and you authorize Fairy to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases. You agree to make payment using that selected payment method. If you have ordered a product or service that is subject to recurring charges then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis, without requiring your prior approval from you for each recurring charge until such time as you cancel the applicable product or service. Fairy reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.
2.4.2 Fairy shall only accept payment made through credit cards, debit cards and cash transactions. You agree to pay for your ordered product or service immediately upon receipt of your invoice and/or bill.
2.4.3 You accept to bear full responsibility for any fraudulent payments made through your account at the time of settling the invoice and/or bill owed to Fairy. Pursuant to this, Fairy reserves the sole discretion of pressing criminal charges against you.
